Connect Claude or ChatGPT to Overload

The Overload connector lets Claude or ChatGPT read your training data and log your strength workouts for you. It uses the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

What the connector does

The assistant can read:

  • your training notes and stats (e1RM, personal records, volume, training load)
  • your runs and rides
  • your health data (sleep, steps, nutrition)
  • your body composition

It can also create, update and restore your strength workout notes.

You need an Overload account with an active premium subscription.
