Cookies and trackers

General principle

The overload.coach website is a static site with no forms, no user accounts, and no social network buttons. The only audience measurement tools used operate without placing any cookie on your device and are exempt from consent collection under CNIL deliberation No. 2020-091 of September 17, 2020.

No consent banner is therefore required or displayed on this site.

Strictly necessary cookies

No cookie required for the technical operation of the site is placed on your device. The site is served entirely as static content (pre-generated HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and relies on no site-side session, authentication, or cart.

Two audience measurement tools are active on overload.coach. They place no cookies and cannot identify you individually.

Under CNIL deliberation No. 2020-091 of September 17, 2020, an audience measurement tracker is exempt from consent collection if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. Prior information — users are informed that the tracker is in use. ✓ (this page)
  2. No cross-referencing — the data is not cross-referenced with other processing or transferred to third parties. ✓
  3. Scope limited to the site — the tracker does not allow overall tracking of browsing across third-party sites. ✓ (no cookie, no cross-site fingerprinting)
  4. Strictly limited purpose — the data collected is limited to what audience measurement alone requires. ✓

All four conditions are met for Plausible and PostHog in their current configuration.
